  1. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this portal shall be settled exclusively by the Sharjah Courts.

  1. Product Classification

We categorize our inventory to help customers find the exact component for their Chinese-manufactured vehicles:

  • Mechanical Parts: Core components such as engines, gearboxes, and suspension systems.
  • Body Parts: Exterior panels, lighting (LED/Matrix), and mirrors.
  • Service Parts: Consumables including oil filters, spark plugs, and brake pads.
  1. The 7-Day Warranty & Return Policy
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, parts must be in their original, uninstalled condition and in the original AlTurabAutoparts packaging.
  • Exclusions: Electrical components and “Service Parts” (if the seal is broken) are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is proven by a certified technician.
  • Documentation: You must provide the original AlTurabAutoparts invoice to initiate any warranty claim.
  1. Professional Installation Requirement

To ensure the safety of your vehicle and the validity of your warranty, all parts must be installed by an RTA-approved or licensed automotive workshop in the UAE. AlTurabAutoparts is not liable for labor costs, damages, or vehicle failure resulting from “DIY” installations or unauthorized modifications to your vehicle.
